The $1200.00 stopped me too. I too was promised a full refund in 15 days, and that was almost 20 days ago. I am still waiting.

The scammer created both websites.

My bank did indeed send the money to MPP at which time I thought the deal was done and I would have my puppy in the next day or so as was told to me by a company rep. He told me a shipping company would email or text me with the exact delivery date and as expected they did. Well, ECOpetmovers.com, contacted me with a request for $1200.00 for a “special” crate to ship the puppy. I was told that the payment would be reimbursed upon receiving my pup. That made no sense at all that a company that ships animals would need a “special” crate, but they would refund the $1200.00 upon delivery ???? My skepticism now turned to MPP and their business practices. I called and asked for a refund, for their website states 100% satisfaction or a full refund. Still waiting.
