We regret to inform both parties that the puppy and pet carrier agent have been grounded at transit in Nashville International Airport (BHA) following pet health and transportation policies. The puppy suffered a Minor Health Complication on the flight from TN as a result of the present harsh condition in which the puppy was being shipped with the ineffectiveness and inefficiency of the Plastic Crate in which the puppy is being transported. This could be seen from the signs manifested by the puppy such as the following;

– Decreased Activity Level
– Decreased eating/drinking
– Vomiting
– Light Fever / Weakness

The puppy has been medically attended by the State’s Airport VET and is presently free from dangers or eventualities that may have occurred.

However, the Pet & Animal Control Department will not permit the puppy to be shipped to its destined location inside the same Plastic Crate used in the transportation of the puppy on the previous flight from TN as a result of the ineffectiveness and inefficiency of the Plastic Crate. The puppy is 12 weeks old and very young for travel under such weather conditions with the use of a Plastic Crate. So it has been recommended by the State’s Airport VET at the Pet & Animal Control Department here at transit that, delivery of the puppy should proceed with the use of a Soft-Sided Crate or Temperature Regulating Crate since the Plastic Crate for the puppy have been rejected and will not be needed in proceeding with transportation of the puppies on flight.1

– Moreover, the increased and decreased in altitude causes changes in air pressure during flight which can affect the puppy’s health seriously, without the use of a Soft-Sided Crate or Temperature Regulating Crate and considering what happened to the puppy on the previous flight as he is only 12 weeks old and cannot proceed on another flight without the required Soft-Sided Crate.

– Transporting the puppy in a Soft-Sided Crate or Temperature Regulating Crate gives a 100% chance of survival to the puppy with the present weather conditions. While transporting the puppy without the Soft-Sided Crate or Temperature Regulating Crate may be harmful to the health of the puppy which may lead to further health complications or death of the puppy since the chances of survival is only 30%.

The Prospective Owner of the puppy is therefore requested to adopt our company 90% Refundable Life Insurance Policy Scheme whereby you will have to pay a full 90% Refundable Life Insurance And Crate Rental Fee of ($1240USD) for the issurrance of the Pet Life Insurance Certificate which your puppy lacks and also to provide a Soft-Sided Crate or Temperature Regulating Crate in which the puppy will be shipped inside.

Thus we call on the Prospective Owner to pay the full 90% Refundable Insurance And Crate Rental Fee of ($1240USD). Once payment is confirmed a Soft-Sided Crate or Temperature Regulating Crate will be provided for the puppy to be transported inside and the Initial Pet Mortality Life Insurance Certificate will be issued for the puppies and included in his file considering the puppies have not been Mortality Life Insured before travel.

Note: This fee is not confiscated but rather it is 90% REFUNDABLE upon safe delivery of the puppies and return of the company Soft-Sided Crate or Temperature Regulating Crate to the United Express Logistics carrier agent in the form of Check/Cash. With this insurance policy, you will be refunded the sum of ($1116.00USD) upon safe delivery by the carrier agent and 10% the sum of ($124.00USD) will be deducted for the company service. The Flight has a 1 hour layover more as such we shall appreciate your urgent cooperation so the puppies will not have to miss the planned flight for your location. Upon confirmation of payment the Insurance Coverage Certificate will be issued and forwarded for signatory on your part before proceeding to release the puppies from holding and boarding of the puppies on a flight for your location.
